- Discounts. All the offered discounts cannot be applied if the payment is done with American Express or Diners credit cards
- Do you send? We are organised to send everything everywhere anytime. All our articles are safely packed and insured
- Where can we see prices? Prices are given on request for each item you ask for to exclude softwares called "robots" which surf the net only to compare prices. In the arts' field these softwares cannot know however the value of the works of art
- Can you send me price lists? We don't carry any price list. We work in €uro and we cannot build a price list in this currency knowing that there is always the fluctuation of the other rates of exchange
- What is the extra for packing? We don't charge any extra cost for packing; prices don't include our time to pack however packing is free of charge
- How much do you charge for credit card payment? We don't charge any extra cost for credit card payment and no extra cost for swift bank transfer
- Are you open all year? We are always open; January we open only few days however
